Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Hilltops Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the Boorowa Asbestos Cement Mains Replacement.

This contract includes, but is not limited to, the following works:

- Surveying as required to the extent required for detailed design.

- Locating of nearby utilities that could be affected.

- Determination of suitable pipeline alignment

- Design including all connection details to existing pipeline and customer services.

- Submission of Construction Environment Management Plan (CEMP), WHS Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Sediment and Erosion Control Plan, Communications Plan and Traffic Control Plan.

- A Review of Environmental Factors (REF) report which shall be incorporated into the CEMP.

- Submission of updated Project Program (Gantt Chart) and amended documentation as requested by Council upon review of drafts.

- Construction works included in mains replacement including excavation, installation, compaction and reinstatement of the road as required.

- Commissioning of the new mains.

- Survey of the existing mains and supplied to Council in the required formats including .dwg and .shp.

- Project Management of mains replacements works including implementing and monitoring traffic control, sediment and erosion control, quality monitoring whilst implementing a WHS Management Plan.
