Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to construct new concrete footpath and elevated FRP walkway with a few steps and associated minor civil works and landscaping at the Kingborough Sports Centre.

The work is split into two packages (Part A and Part B) for pricing purposes. Part B will be provisional work.

Part A: construct approximately 70 meters of concrete ramp and elevated FRP walkway (Drawings WD00-WD11),

Part B:(Provisional item) construct approximately 60m FRP accessible ramp together with associated minor civil works. (Drawings L000-L500.)

The successful Tender will be appointed as Principal Contractor for the delivery of these works.

Tenders close Wednesday 3rd April 2024 at 2PM.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on Tuesday 19th March 2024 at 11:00 AM, on site at Kingston Sport Centre rear car park. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.
