Tender Description
The Ministry of Justice is responsible for the legal aid grant management and its associated debt recovery activities. Legal aid is an important part of New Zealand's justice system. It helps people to resolve legal problems that may go to court and makes sure that people are not denied justice because they can't afford a lawyer.
Our current legal aid debt management system is approaching end of life which presents the Ministry with the unique opportunity to approach the market for a modern replacement. The current solution enables the recording of associated debt correspondence, storage of legal files, tracking of debt account transactions and updating the associated Legal Aid Scheme Management System (LSMS).
The Ministry seeks responses from suppliers that can provide cloud based, fit for purpose solutions. The Ministry wants to identify suppliers with knowledge and expertise who can:
• provide a fit for purpose solution
• provide migration services to shift to the new solution
• be available and accessible throughout the implementation
• have regular, frank and transparent communication for ongoing support.
