Brisbane City Council, through its subsidiary company, City Parklands Services Pty Ltd (City Parklands) manages the operations of Roma Street Parkland and Victoria Park/Barrambin.

City Parklands invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit a proposal as Principal Contractor for the removal and replacement of 10 identified light poles and the assessment and potential replacement of footings.
