Whitsunday Regional Council (Principal) requires a suitably experienced Contractor to conduct upgrades to the air conditioning facilities at the Whitsunday Coast Airport (WCA), Lascelles Avenue, Gunyarra Qld 4800. The WCA Terminal was upgraded in 2019.
The existing four (4) air conditioner systems (4, 6, 7 & 8) were not upgraded during this time. The old systems are at the end of life and are requiring upgrades due to continual failures.
The following requirements are to be conducted to the four (4) air conditioning systems (4, 6, 7 & 8) at WCA:
a) Decommissioning of the air conditioning systems;
b) Installation of the replacement air conditioning systems; and
c) Replace and upgrade the existing Building Management System (BMS) for the entire Site.
The works must be completed by 1st June 2024.
