Georges River Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible not-for-profit community organisaitons for the Sub Lease agreement of a Community Facility within the Georges River area currently known as Cross Street, attached to Westfield, Hurstville (former Hurstville Early Learning Centre).

The purpose of this property is to provide opportunities and affordable access to community organisations for Community Facilities within the Georges River local government area (LGA).

The Georges River area is an incredibly special location treasured by its culturally diverse community who are lucky enough to live and work here. It offers an abundance of natural assets with unique bushland, spectacular waterways, as well as a variety of town centres which each have their own feel and offerings.

Mandatory Site Inspection 10:00am, Wednesday 13 March 2024 at Cross Street, attached to Westfield, Hurstville (former Hurstville Early Learning Centre.
