Federation Council Sewer Treatment Plant Amenities fit out

Federation Council are calling for tenders for the following:

- Make necessary repairs to walls of shower cubicle (waterproofing etc) and remove old tiles, Upgrade toilet and one (1) x shower cubicle to ensure no leaks around walls and floor, replace tapware and fittings. Supply and install acrylic shower recess

- Supply and install 5 x roller doors associated items and one PA door, location TBA. Provide lighting internally

- Fix up bathroom remove tiles waterproof shower supply and install new fittings and acrylic shower recess. Repair/replace external door and frame to toilet

- Fit new chequer plate covers to splitter box, make necessary repairs to fencing

- Supply and install 9m x 6m kit form shed to grounds adjacent brick shed and large antennae. Allow for three roller doors, power to internal and water tap external. Allow for concrete slab and all excavation works

- Install Kick plates to walkways on ponds, Install chequer plate covers to splitter box, make repairs to fencing around box

- Repair/replace external door and frame to toilet. Make necessary repairs to walls of shower cubicle (waterproofing etc) and remove old tiles Upgrade toilet and shower cubicle to ensure no leaks around walls and floor, replace tapware and fittings. Supply and install acrylic shower recess.

Repair/replace door to lab Repair/replace door jam to roller door, patch /paint. Repair/replace door and door jam to old laundry door, patch /paint Replace skirting around flooring and seal gaps between tiles and walls. Provide seal on top of room AC cover on external wall to stop vermin from entering cavity.
