Project: Work under the proposed Contract is to set out the requirements for the engagement of a Contractor to provide a Design & Construction package for the Central Coast Council Leisure Centre Renewals at two locations Lake Haven Recreation Centre and Gosford Olympic Pool. The Contractor will review the existing concept designs and associated documentation and will carry out a Design and Construction package that is compliant to the relevant Building Standards / Codes or Legislative requirements associated with the construction.
Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
Mandatory Pre-Tender Meeting - will be held on-site Tuesday 12th March 10am commencing at the first location, Lake Haven Recreation Centre and then Gosford Olympic Pool following the completion of the pretender meeting at Lake Haven Recreation Centre. Information located in Part 1 (1.10)
