Tender Description

Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to reconstruct approximately 460 lineal meters of Blowhole Road including installation of kerbs, property driveway aprons and new washed concrete footpath. The package of works also include the installation of new stormwater and water infrastructure. Minor adjustments to sewer, Telstra and ABN pits together with associated minor landscaping.

The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday 28th February 2024 at 10:00 AM, on site at the intersection of Blowhole road and Nano Drive (vic40 Blowhole Road) Blackmans Bay. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.
