SERVICE REQUIRED:

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of Sports field Renovation and Line Marking Services.

Council is seeking suitably qualified Contractors to form a panel for the provision of various Sports field Renovation and Line marking activities within the Local Government Area (LGA). The panel shall include 6 sub panels for:

1. Aeration services

2. Topdressing services

3. Turfing services

4. Pesticide and Fertilising application (only) services

5. Sports field Line marking

6. Sports field Drainage

The Contract term will be 3 years, with 2 optional extensions of 1 year each at Council's sole discretion.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:

It is mandatory that all schedules in Part F are completed. The evaluation criteria for this tender are:

Schedule F2 Departures and Qualifications Pass/Fail

Schedule F4 Financial Information Pass/Fail

Schedule F7 Work Health and Safety Pass/Fail

Schedule F11 Conflict of Interest and Fair Dealing Declaration Information Only

Schedule F12 Insurances Pass/Fail

Scored Criteria

Schedule F3 & F5 Demonstrated past experience of the Tenderer 30%

Schedules F9 & F10 Demonstrated past experience Personnel and Subcontractors 15%

Schedules F6 & F13 Proposed Methodology (including QA) 20%

Schedule F8 Environmental Sustainability and Social Equity 5%

Schedule F14 Fees including Lump Sum Fee, Schedule of Rates and Materials and Other Fees 30%

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

Tenders close at 2pm on 21 March 2024 and must be fully received by this time.

LODGEMENT:

Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box or in the physical tender box at Northern Beaches Council, Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, NSW 2099 by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.
