Gwydir Shire Council- Request for Tender Level 3 Bridge Assessment

Gwydir Shire Council invites quotations from qualified contractors to perform Level 3 Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on bridges and culverts, adhering to Australian Standards (AS).

The primary aim is to assess the structural suitability of 28 bridges/culverts for accommodating AB-triple vehicles and Class 2b Performance Based standards (PBS) vehicles under Higher Mass Limits (HML) vehicles at Tier 3 masses.

The selected contractor will conduct comprehensive inspections, ensuring compliance with AS standards and providing detailed findings and recommendations for potential maintenance, repair, or rehabilitation based on the results.
