The ASC is seeking a TechOne specialist performing a health check on the Agency’s FMIS TechOne and create a 5 Year Roadmap. The proposed TechnOne consultancy will ensure the ASC’s TechOne enterprise system is optimally configured to support the ASC’s strategic priorities and maximise the ASC’s return on its TechOne investment through:

• establishing a system baseline, and
• providing a clear pathway for optimised system functionality, enhanced management reporting, improved integration with other key systems, and security vulnerability mitigation.

Services

In the provision of TechOne health check and creation of a 5 Year Roadmap, the Service Provider will be expected to:

TechOne System Health Check

• Assess system ‘current state’ and identify issues hindering optimal performance and efficiency.
• Evaluate existing system functionality, reporting and integration with other key systems against the ASC’s operational needs.
• Assess system configuration against security best practice to identify potential vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
• Consult with ASC’s Technology Team in July 2024 prior to finalising the Health Check.

Create a 5 Year Roadmap

• Ensure TechOne is optimally configured to support the ASC’s strategic priorities through providing a 5-year roadmap for TechOne enhancements including:
• optimised functionality to improve efficiency and productivity;
• establishment of a management reporting hub to better support business decision making;
• integration with other key systems to enhance overall efficiency;
• mitigation of identified security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps; and
• a clear pathway for continuous improvement.
• Consult with Technology in July 2024 prior to finalising the Roadmap.

In addition, under a broad direction from the ASC Finance Systems Administrator:

• Documentation covering current configuration, security measures, backup procedures, performance metrics, update history, incident resolution records, customisation details, licensing compliance, and a comprehensive risk assessment.
• Create a comprehensive 5 Year Roadmap for TechOne system that align the system’s evolution with the agency’s strategic goals, ensuring the technology infrastructure supports growth. objectives. The plan should include strategic upgrades, scalability considerations, evolving security, implementing new features, prioritising user training for optimal adoption, and scheduling regular updates and integrations to maintain system relevance and efficiency.
