Investigations and Detail Design for Five Bridges

The consultancy applies to the following bridges within the Clarence Valley local government area:

Coombadjha No 2 - Scrubby Creek Bridge

Coombadjha No 3 Bridge

Coombadjha No 4 Bridge

Coombadjha No 5 Bridge

Coombadjha No 6 Bridge

This Consultancy Project Brief outlines the requirements for consulting services in connection with:

Phase 1 works comprising a construction survey assessment and geotechnical investigation of each site and report to Council of at least three concept design options for each site, with engineering estimates

for each option. The report should include a recommendation of the most suitable design option. It is noted that a basic hydrological study to determine peak stream flows and associated flood heights for each site will be required.

Phase 2 works including preparation of a detailed design and design report for each site suitable for Construction.
