Tender Description

The City of Sydney requests tenders for the carrying out of construction work for the Arthur Street Reserve and Douglas Street Park in accordance with this request.

The City has an ongoing small parks and playgrounds renewal program for parks that are in need of improvement works, replacement of end of life equipment, and to provide appropriate facilities for local residents.

Council endorsed the refined concept designs in which community feedback was incorporated.

The works include but are not limited to:

· Playground upgrade

· Plaza communal space, with more seats and tables

· New water bubbler with dog bowl

· Landscape improvements

· Pavement improvements

· Stormwater improvements

· Shade structures

· Fencing
