This Request for Information is an information gathering process in which Hunter Water seeks feedback from the market regarding their capacity and capability to provide a service that will meet Hunter Water's objectives.

The primary objectives of the Mobile Device Management Replacement project are:

Enrolment of Intune Mobile Device Management including Mobile Application Management (MDM)

Enrol and manage Hunter Water corporate mobile devices utilizing Intune MDM

Enrol and manage Hunter Water staff personal devices utilizing Intune MAM

Manage and secure corporate applications remotely

Partner with a service provider for the implementation of Intune and ongoing operational support for management, security, and incident response

Allowing Hunter Water to decommission the use of legacy Mobile Iron MDM solution.
