Background / Project Overview

YFS is a community organisation that has been in Logan for more than 30 years. YFS has 5 buildings based in Slacks Creek along Kingston Road and 1 building based in Jimboomba. We seek a committed local cleaning contractor with a small, reliable team dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe workplace for both our staff and clients.

Scope of Work

Cleaning is required 5 days per week to coincide with YFS business hours of Mon – Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Cleaning is not required on public holidays.

YFS will close for staff meetings a few times a year. You will be notified if cleaning is not required at these times.

Cleaning cannot generally occur during the following times:

o 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday

o 5pm to 9pm office 2 on some evenings (no more than 3 evenings per week) (schedules for this vary during the year and can be provided when required)

Floors must be dry between 7am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Where floors are wet due to unforeseen circumstances, signs must be displayed appropriately to warn workers of the trip hazard.
