Tender Description
The purpose of this Advance Tender notice is to provide suppliers with advance notification of a procurement project that is in development by the Territory.
The Territory, on behalf of Major Projects Canberra (MPC) is seeking to engage a contractor to produce Engineering Plans for the installation of a new electrified HVAC system at Mitchell Building 4 & Mitchell Building 2, Sandford Street Mitchell (operations of Building 2 may require a gas boiler to be part of the system). The disciplines will include Mechanical, Fire, and Electrical. The respondents will need to provide a completed Feasibility study which will include electrical supply to the building and involve a substation load and demand feasibility which their proposals will be based on.
