UTS seeks to establish a Panel of credentialed and predominantly Sydney-based suppliers with the capability, experience, and capacity to meet the Audio-Visual Services requirements of any category of work in this RFT. The purpose of the Panel is to provide UTS with an efficient mechanism for ordering services from preferred suppliers in a manner that is agile and efficient, appropriately competitive and that offers value for money procurement through a probity-rich and transparent framework.

Key to achieving the ambitions of the Digital Strategy and the digital transformation of UTS is an Audio Visual Services (AVS) program, centralizing and standardizing services to deliver optimal student and staff experience and operational performance through technology leading audio visual services.

Category 1: Major AV Integration (Supply and Install) Projects over $200,000

Category 2: Minor AV Integration (Supply and Install) Projects at or under $200,000

Category 3: Installation Only Projects under $50,000

Category 4: AV Box Sales (Supply Only)
