The City of Stirling is seeking tenders for the engagement of a contractor to undertake the disconnection, demolition and disposal of the existing toilet block at the Yokine Regional Open Space and the design and construction of a new four cubicle toilet block including new sewer connection, as detailed in the tender documents. It is expected that design phase will start in June 2024 and works on site will start by August 2024 reaching completion by end of December 2024.

Basis of Contract Award

The Contract will be awarded to a sole Tenderer.

Mandatory Briefing and Site Inspection

Location: Yokine Regional Open Space, 100 Wordsworth Avenue, Yokine WA 6052 (meeting point is close to the playground at the western end of Wordsworth Avenue)

Date: Wednesday 28 February 2024

Time: 09:00am

The Mandatory Briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the IFT prior to the Tender Deadline. No pre-registration is required as signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the Briefing also.
