The Shire of Augusta Margaret River (Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to design and deliver drainage and pavement works at the Turner Holiday Park, Augusta.

Turner Holiday Park (Park) is a major camping and holiday facility within the Shire of Augusta Margaret River, situated in the townsite of Augusta and runs adjacent to the Blackwood River.

Works will be required to the entry of the Park, to allow for pedestrian safety, ease of check-in, and additional formalised parking. Within the Park itself there will be a requirement for some road widening and drainage upgrades. Construction will be required to be performed during the Parks low season which commences in June and must be completed by 10 September 2024.

The Park will continue to operate during the construction of works, therefore the works will need to be performed in stages, with alternative access and exits to the Park being established to accommodate customers.
