Mackay Regional Council is seeking a suitably experienced crushing contractor for the manufacture of Type MG2 road maintenance gravel at five Council operated quarries within the Mackay region. The quarries include: Larsens (The Leap), Mount Ossa, Omands (Gargett), Hazlewood (Crediton), and Buggybend (Eungella).

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at MRC Mirani Office, 20 Victoria Street, Mirani at 13 Mar, 2024 8:00 AM . Meet at the Mirani Council office. Allow 7-8 hours to visit quarries. Please ensure you have appropriate PPE/clothing for quarry visit.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
