Tender Description
The project scope will consist of the following work packages:
• Construction of a zero depth splash pad and creek, including installation of water play equipment;
• Installation of proprietary playground equipment and nature play construction,
• Concrete works including footpath construction & kerb and channel upgrade,
• Landscaping, including irrigation
• Supply and install shade sails
The community of Yuleba is co-hosting the Cobb & Co Festival in August 2024, to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the last Cobb & Co Coach Run in Australia. The festival will be held over 10 days, from 16-25 August, with 25,000 visitors expected to visit the area.
Works that have commenced prior to the Festival will need to be completed before 12 August 2024. Works that are unable to be completed before 12 August will not commence until after 30 August 2024.
