Procurement of a Gas Chromatograph Tandem Mass Spectrometer for the Chemical Reference Values laboratory of the Chemical & Biological Metrology Branch of the National Measurement Institute.

The procurement of a GCMSMS will enable the Chemical Reference Values laboratory to continue providing support of reference value assignment of proficiency testing program samples, matrix reference material certification and successful participation in Consultative Committee for Amount of Substance (CCQM) Key Comparisons.

Conditions for Participation:

The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:

1. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in its tender must not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.

2. The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as at the Closing Time
