The Child Protection and Family Support (CPFS) section of the Department of Communities requires the provision of regular cleaning services at various premises in the Peel District, specifically:

• Coodanup House, corner Steerforth and Maclaggan Turn Coodanup WA 6210
• Sutton Square: Units 1-3 and Units 7, 10, 11, 12, 13B,15 and 16, corner Sutton and Tuckey St Mandurah WA 6210

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at 15/16 Sutton Street, Mandurah on 27 February 2024 10:00 AM.

• A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:
• Date: Tuesday 27 February 2024
• Time: 10:00 AM Western Australia
• Location: Sutton Square Premises (Cnr Sutton Street and Tuckey Street, Mandurah, Western Australia).
• Respondents shall meet at Unit 15/16 Sutton Street Mandurah 6210.
• Once the site-visit at Sutton Square is completed, the site-visit will continue onto Coodanup House, corner Steerforth and Maclaggan Turn, Coodanup, Western Australia.
• Respondents must attend the site visits at both sites. Respondents are required to provide their own transportation for travel between the briefing sites.
• There is an attendance limit of two (2) persons per Respondent.
• The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 12 noon, on 26 February 2024 via carlos.soares@finance.wa.gov.au
• Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
