Tender Description

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T38-24 Earlwood Town Centre High Pedestrian Activity Area.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

The project scope includes but is not limited to:

•Construction of concrete raised thresholds and traffic islands

•Construction of kerb ramps, footpaths, dish drain and kerb and gutter

•Milling and laying asphalt

•Install pits and pipes

•Paving

•Landscaping

•Signage and Line marking

A non-compulsory briefing will be held on 21st February 2024 on 10.00 am.

All participants are to meet at 362 Homer St, Earlwood NSW 2206
