Tender Description
Council is seeking stallholders to provide halal food and suitable activities for our Ramadan event to be held at Auburn Road, Auburn - from 7pm to 12 midnight on Saturday 16 March 2024.

Stallholder fees and charges
The below fees and charges are GST inclusive:
- 3m x 3m Council-provided food stallholder (3 walls, sneeze guards, flooring) – $425.00
- 3m x 3m Council-provided community stallholder – FREE
- 3m x 3m Council-provided market stallholder – $234.50
- Food vendor 3m x 3m space – $212.50
- Food vendor 3m x 6m space – $313.00
- Food vendor 3m x 9m space – $335.00
- Low Risk Inspection – $69.00
- Medium to High Risk Inspection – $117.00
- 10 or 15amp power outlet – $75.00
