Tender Description
The Shire of Ashburton is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to carry out a comprehensive revaluation of its land and buildings asset class.
The revaluation is to include condition assessment and/or update and then a comprehensive valuation of all Shire Buildings (approx. 300) at component level.
