Since 2016, Council has engaged a panel of contractors to conduct its annual Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) programme. The programme assists with identifying poor condition sewer gravity mains which feeds into planning for future asset renewals.

The existing CCTV Panel Programme is due to expire June 2024. As such, Council is seeking Tender submissions from suitably qualified contractors to provide the services outlined in this Request for Tender (RFT).

The purpose of this programme is to determine asset condition through CCTV inspections of sewer gravity mains and maintenance hole assets in order to assist with planning for future asset renewals.

Council is seeking to engage a panel of three to four contractors for an initial 2 year period, with an option to extend the contract for a further year subject to successful delivery of Council’s objectives, tasks and deliverables outlined in Attachment 4: CCTV Sewer Main and Maintenance Hole Inspection which is attached.
