At Pulpit Point development is a boardwalk 350m long by 5m wide and a 112 berth floating marina, built 90s

The boardwalk has been well maintained over the years with individual decking plank replacement as required. It has now got to the stage that a full re-decking seems appropriate. The boardwalk is open to the public so can be inspected anytime with access via 28 St Malo Ave Hunters Hill 2110.

Pulpit Point Home Owners Association (PPHOA) is requesting EOI from experienced consultants and contractors to assist with boardwalk refurbishment;

• Evaluate options and develop scope of work and cost estimates.

• Determine best form of contract, be that lump sum, schedule of rates etc.

• Prepare tender documents and put this out to select tenderers.

• Evaluate tenders with PPHOA representatives

• Provide supervision of the work, progress claims etc.

Experienced consultants and contractors are to submit a brief EOI (less than 10 pages please) detailing experience in similar work and resources available to undertake this large project by 04/04/2024.

Also keen to hear from possibly smaller contractors to undertake regular maintenance work on the floating marina.
