Tender Description

Tenders are invited for the supply and installation of a new goods hoist lift including minor modifications to the electrical system as well as a new scissor lift located at the rear (Nutley Street) of the Caloundra Events Centre 20 Minchinton Street Caloundra.

The works include, but is not limited to;

Supply and Installation of goods hoist lift
Demolition and removal of existing hoist and associated infrastructure.
Building modifications to enable installation of the new hoist.
Installation of new hoist.
Installation of Building Management System (BMS).
Supply of As Constructed pdf documents.

This is a lump sum supply and installation Contract.

A briefing session will be held at The Events Centre, 20 Minchinton Street, Caloundra, QLD 4551 at 20 Feb, 2024 10:00 AM . Respondents required to register their attendance via email to tenderenquiries@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au PPE to be worn, Meet at the Events Centre reception.
