Tender Description

The Principal is seeking Tenders from qualified, licenced and experienced Contractors for a number trade services to undertake maintenance, repairs and installation services on Council properties. The Principal owns and operates a large portfolio of buildings, facilities, infrastructure and residential properties, located throughout local government areas.

This Tender is offered with Separable Portions. Tenderers may submit a Tender for one, all or multiple Separable Portions.

The Contract with the Principal to provide these services will be a contract period of one (1) year.

The objective is to establish a Panel with two or more trade service providers for each trade type for the timely engagement of services.

The Services required include, but are not limited to:-

  • CCTV / Security
  • Electrical
  • Fire Appliance Inspection & Servicing
  • Fencing
  • General Maintenance, Minor Building Works, Construction and Repairs
  • Generator Servicing
  • Glazing
  • Landscaping, Horticulture and Aborist Services
  • Painting
  • Paving and Concrete
  • Pest Management
  • Plumbing, including gas
  • Reticulation Installation, Maintenance and Repairs
  • Roller Door Maintenance
  • Solar System Service
  • Tiling
