The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) requires cleaning services at its Bunbury Office located at 1 Verschuer Place, Davenport in the City of Bunbury.  Required services include regular cleaning services (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually) and additional cleaning services.

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted on site at the DPIRD Bunbury Office on:

Respondents are requested to register their intention to attend the briefing

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 1 Verschuer Place, Davenport WA 6230, BUNBURY at 21 Feb, 2024 10:00 AM.

There is an attendance limit of two (2) persons per Respondent.

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 1pm, (WST) Monday, 19th February 2024 by registering your attendance with Fiona Halma via email fiona.halma@finance.wa.gov.au

Respondents shall report to reception on arrival.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
