The Territory is seeking a global financial institution to provide Master Custody and Investment Administration Services (the “Services”).

The Services include:

(a) registry and safekeeping of assets;

(b) trade settlement;

(c) income collection;

(d) corporate actions;

(e) tax reclamation;

(f) cash management;

(g) foreign exchange;

(h) unit registry;

(i) asset valuation;

(j) accounting;

(k) investment performance calculation; and

(l) investment mandate compliance monitoring.

In order to obtain a copy of the detailed Statement of Requirements (RFT Attachment B), Respondents are required to complete a Deed of Confidentiality- Appendix 2 to Attachment C.
