This is a notice for a potential upcoming procurement.
The aim of the Project is to address historic underinvestment and remediate the dilapidated state of the aging infrastructure at the Naval Communication Station Harold E Holt, by delivering:
• Upgrading or replacing services infrastructure to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Refurbishing or building new infrastructure and facilities sufficient to support current and future Operations.
The proposed works may include:
• Hydraulic services infrastructure
• Electrical services infrastructure (including HV)
• Maritime structures
• Civil works
• Demolitions
Potential tenderers are advised that the procurement strategy for the EST02151 Project involves the engagement of an MC to deliver the Works, via a two stage Invitation to Register (ITR) and Request for Tender (RFT).
Tenderers will be required to demonstrate their capacity to deliver large scale facilities and infrastructure improvement works as part of their ITR and RFT responses.
