⁠⁠⁠The District Council of Cleve currently have a quote opportunity for the landscaping 7 yards of the Cleve Boarding Houses.

Submissions can be emailed to council@cleve.sa.gov.au , posted PO Box 36 Cleve SA 5640 or hand delivered to the Council Office 8 - 10 Main Street Cleve.

Cleve Boarding House Landscaping for 7 Homes on Forbes Street, Cleve

- Level yard and place road base around each house. (Road Base Supplied)

- Install post and rail boundary fence, 1800mm high x 44m long between each house including concrete plinth (All Fence Material Supplied but Concrete to be supplied by Contractor)

- Construct concrete foot paths, 1200mm wide x 14m long to each house. (Concrete to be supplied by Contractor)

- Construct concrete garden borders, 200mm wide x 20m long to each front yard.(Concrete to be supplied by Contractor)

- Level 50m2 of sand for lawn to each front yard. (Sand Supplied)

All work to be completed by 31 May 2024
