Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to undertake the construction of approximately 400m2 trafficable concrete 130m2 Gravel footpath, installation of a picnic shelter and incidental civil works at the Kingston Wetlands, Kingston.

The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 11AM on Monday 27th of November 2023, on site at 73 Spring Farm Road, Kingston. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum (see link below). Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see link below). Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
