Alice Springs Town Council (ASTC) is seeking tenders from qualified consultants for the provision of Building/ Assets Condition Assessment Reports for the following facilities;

1. Alice Springs Aquatic and Leisure Centre (ASALC)

2. Alice Springs Civic Centre (ASCC)

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

1. Buildings/ Assets Condition Assessment Reports of above two facilities.

2. Asset Register that confirms asset class, age, dimension/quantity, remaining life and health/condition from inspections.

3. Recommended remediation actions to address buildings/ assets condition issues and/or non-compliances, including photographic evidence.

4. Recommended remediation actions to meet the intended purpose of use.

5. Cost estimates for recommended remediation actions.
