This project involves the construction of two, similar in design, however financially separate toilet block facilities on two separate sites within the City of Onkaparinga. Both builds will be awarded to the successful tenderer and are to be constructed concurrently.

Site 1 – Beach Rd Toilet– Construction of a DDA Compliant Public Amenities Block to primarily support the pedestrian traffic associated with the temporary markets

Site 2 – Woodcroft Dog Park Toilet -Construction of a DDA Compliant Public Amenities Block to support the increased park users, due to the construction of New Dog Park Facilities.
