Tender Description
The Betterment project work includes the construction of a cement stabilised, bitumen floodway with concrete batter protection and road furniture each at two separate sites of B1 and B3 on Blackall-Emmett Road.
Reconstruction of Essential Public Assets or REPA works will be required at the Betterment project sites and along various sections of road along Blackall-Emmett, Coolatai, Gartmore, Mt Pleasant and Evora roads. Where construction works are required on Betterment project sites, the reconstruction work must be completed prior to the Betterment project works.
