Tenders are invited to establish an AS4000-1997 contract for the construction of up to 62 no. household sewer connections as part of Stage 8 works completed for the Southside Sewer Project.

The contract has been split into 4 separable portions of work, and the tenderers are invited to price either one or more portions of work, in any combination, up to the maximum of 4.

The portions of work are:

1. Separable Portion 1: Lasiandra Drive and Carbeen Court – 18 properties
2. Separable Portion 2: Bethany Court, Groundwater Road, and Cox Road – 26 properties
3. Separable Portion 3: Liam Lane, Perry Lane, Mary Valley Road and Normanby Road – 11 properties
4. Separable Portion 4: McIntosh Creek Road – 7 properties.
