Electric Heat Pump Installation

JLL is seeking a highly qualified and experienced mechanical services contractor to supply & install a new electric heat pump system at 297 Fitzgerald Street East, Northam. This system will replace the currently out of service gas boiler system that supplies the HVAC system with heating. Cundall (Mechanical & Electrical Services Consultant) has been engaged by JLL to prepare a scope of work and the associated design documentation in relation to this projects requirements. 

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 297 Fitzgerald Street E, Northam at 13 Feb, 2024 10:30 AM.

Please meet inside the main entry of the building to sign in for the site briefing.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
