The City of Perth (the City) is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) from experienced and innovative food and beverage operators to lease and operate a proposed commercial space within Wellington Square (110 Wellington Street), East Perth WA 6004.

The proposed commercial space is expected to drive community engagement as well as increase vibrancy and overall activation of Wellington Square (Project Area).

EOIs are sought now from interested operators to provide the opportunity for the successful proponent to assist with the detailed design works that will inform the completed commercial space, including its location. If you have demonstrated experience in creating successful food and beverage operations, are passionate about creating new experiences and share our vision for the Project Area ; you are encouraged to respond to this EOI.
