Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The selected vendor will be responsible for assisting us in managing the change process, ensuring a smooth transition, and fostering a positive cultural shift within our Corporate Services Division (approximately 100 staff).
The key areas of focus include:
Support and training:
Support, coach and training for the division's executive through change management and communication practices.
Structural Changes:
• Reviewing the proposed structure and identifying areas for improvement.
• Developing a comprehensive plan to implement the recommended structural changes (including identifying quick-wins and early changes).
• Assisting in the implementation of the new structure, including communication and training artefacts.
• Role design, assessment and valuation for up to 20 roles.
Cultural Changes:
• Assessing the existing corporate culture and identifying the desired cultural attributes aligned with our strategic goals.
• Developing a change management plan to facilitate the desired cultural transformation.
• Developing implementation artefacts to engage employees, promote collaboration, and embed the new cultural values.
