The City is seeking Expressions of Interest for a new tenant for its building located at 4 Hares Street, Wilson. The required use is Outside of School Hours Care, however it is also suitable for a range of additional child related activities (i.e. playgroup, childcare, kindergarten) during school hours. The preferred tenant will demonstrate the best use of the space to meet local needs.

A copy of the Expression of interest documents can be obtained by registering your details with Senior Property Officer, Kylie Sander at kylie.sander@canning.wa.gov.au by 4pm Monday 12 February 2024.

Your Expressions of interest must be received by 3pm Friday 1 March 2024. The City prefers that submissions are lodged to the email above. For alternative arrangements please contact Kylie on 1300 422 664.

Canvassing of Elected Members will disqualify. Late submissions will not be accepted.
