The Shire of Mundaring (Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified, experienced consultant to develop concept plans for upgrades to the current Elsie Austin Oval (Mt Helena) Pavilion and Change Rooms. The primary focus will be on upgrade of the change room building and its integration into the existing, adjacent modern pavilion.

Respondents are required to attend a Site Inspection on Wednesday, 7 February 2024 at 9.00am at Elsie Austin Oval located off Chidlow Street, Mt Helena, accessed via Austin Close and confirm with the contact person Maria Beley on 9290-6637 their attendance at this meeting no later than Tuesday, 6 February, 2024.

Failure to attend the Site Inspection will render the Respondent ineligible to submit a Quotation.
