Tender Description
The Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman requires sentencing, disposal and digitisation services in order to comply with its obligations under the Archives Act 1983, Privacy Act 1988 and Freedom of Information Act 1982. Approximately 27,060 files contained in 2,255 cartons require processing, examination for sentencing, sentence records, disposal, disposal approvals and digitisation.
