Hunter Water serves a population of almost 600,000 people in homes and businesses throughout the Lower Hunter region. The purpose of this Invitation is to shortlist Customer Experience Consultants to provide an innovation solution/s in the field of Customer Experience Survey services.

The main objective is to seek support for the design, delivery, and subsequent ongoing services for a refreshed customer experience measurement, tracking and monitoring program. It should be noted that consideration will be given to how we might conduct research more broadly across customer sentiment, brand, community, journeys etc in a more effective and efficient way than we are today.

It will be necessary for the service provider to first undertake an audit to review the current program and validate the gaps and limitations and consider a recommended solution that aligns more closely to the Corporate Strategy and Customer Experience Strategy.
