This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) aim to deliver the Commonwealth Climate Risk and Opportunity Management Program (CROMP).
The Program aims to build capability within the Australian Public Service and others to integrate climate-related physical and transition risks and opportunities into decision-making and risk management process.
The Climate Risk Management Guide sits within a hierarchy of documents and work packages, one of which is the Climate Risk Digital Tool - a tool that will allow agencies to produce risk assessment reports.
DCCEWW have engaged KPMG as development partner to undertake to build the tool and its backend infrastructure (via Hashicorp Terraform scripts).
DCCEWW are seeking support from an MSP to provide the Azure tenancy and subscription setup to support the KPMG designed Climate Risk Digital Tool Azure design.
Please provide a proposal for the development of an Azure Landing Zone for CROMP users. The application is integrated with the GovCMS Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, to provide content management capabilities, and APS Academy, for learning modules. Components have been selected preferencing those that have already undergone an Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment from the cloud service provider. This design focuses on minimising long-term maintenance overhead, offering the Department a reliable, performant, scalable, and tailored digital solution.
