Tender Description
This tender is for a project at Poseidon Creek, (Milford track) and consists of the works described below:
• Supply and construction of the Poseidon Suspension Bridge. The contract works include all excavations, rock anchor construction, concrete deadman anchor construction, concrete tower foundations and abutments, bridge superstructures including, towers, main cables, hangers and transoms, decking and cable barrier systems, and site remediation upon completion.
• Demolition, removal and disposal of the two existing suspension bridges
• Removal of the existing Steel Truss Bridge, flying it out of Poseidon site and delivering this STB to 19 Caswell Road, Te Anau (DOC Workshop)
