Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labor and any other services, costs and fees necessary to construct a pedestrian underpass along Whitewater Creek/Summerleas Road connection in Kingston together with associated minor civil works. The full extent of the works are identified within this tender package.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held on 8th February 2024 on site at 11am. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. 

Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
